Portable Ultrafiltration

Specifications

The rugged Nimbus CUF-2500 system is designed for field-use under challenging conditions. The system produces 2,500 gpd (1.7 gpm) of purified drinking water using a combination of filters including: high-capacity gradient depth prefilter, hollow-fiber ultrafiltration membrane, and an activated carbon block postfilter. The system is configured for use with a gravity feed source (18 psi minimum); no electrical input required. Options include: solar power configuration with solar panels, submersible pump and controller, or generator power configuration with submersible pump and converter. All system components are packaged in a rolling case. This system is light enough to be moved and deployed by one person. At 75 lbs, the system may also be checked as baggage on most commercial airlines.
